Landwer cafe @ herzliya city

I have been passing by this cafe whenever I am in herzliya city and it's rustic atmosphere and the good vibes it gives always tempts me to try it! However it was a pity I either finished lunch or dinner when I pass by this cafe so I didn't get to try it earlier!
Here's introducing landwer cafe!!

The cool interior

I ordered bolognse pasta! The kind of pasta given was really interesting and it was nicely done, though I would like the pasta to be a little softer...

The all time favourite of many Israelis, especially children... The chicken schnitzel! I really enjoyed it because the meat was really soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!
It comes with a small salad and you could choose among rice, chips or antipasti as the side!

To celebrate Mother's Day, I ordered a pitcher of sangria! The much missed beverage that we had in spain! Compared to the one I tried in spain, this had more of a wine taste to it and less of the fruity taste, if you do enjoy the alcoholic taste, you will enjoy this!

This dessert I definitely have to recommend it and give it a million of thumbs up! If you think wimbly loo's waffle is good, this is wayyyyyy better! Piled with a bunch of sinful ingredients including Nutella, chocolate sauce, caramelized banana, chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, it is the best Belgium waffle I have ever eaten! I love the tad chewiness of the waffle (even though I found out that the waffle was not made in the restaurant)!

I was surprised I had such a fulfilling dinner in a cafe instead of a legit restaurant! It's true Israel has one of the best cafés in the world :)

Stay hungry, stay foolish,
Kay
